1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, as our products fall under the category of intimate wear.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof.


3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification of the issue. Products without proper proof or reported after 24 hours will not be eligible.


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
